利用静态失重法、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了Y、Gd复合稀土对AZ81镁合金的腐蚀速率(腐蚀介质为3.5%NaCl水溶液)、微观组织、表面腐蚀形貌的影响.结果表明,添加1%的复合稀土时,AZ81镁合金的晶粒得到了明显的细化,组织和成分更加均匀,腐蚀速率大幅度降低,耐蚀性能得到显著提高.

Effect of yttrium and gadolinium addition on corrosion rate of AZ81 magnesium alloy in 3.5% NaC1 solution was studied by static weight-loss test. The mierostrueture of the alloys were observed by op-tical microscope and the morphologies of corrosion surface were examined with scanning electron micros-copy. The results indicated that with the addtion of 1% rare earth,the grains size of the AZ81 magnesium alloy was obviously refined and the microstructure and distribution of components was much uniform. The corrosion rate of the alloy decreased greatly, which implies that the corrosion resistance of the alloy was improved remarkably.
