IF钢在添加镁的锌液中热镀锌时,镁含量对合金化前后镀层的显微组织和性能有明显影响.研究结果表明:镁含量低于1 mass%时,镀层组织是正常的栅柱状,杯突值很低;随镁含量增加,镀层的致密化和附着性提高,杯突值变大;镁含量超过3.5%时,锌液粘稠度显著增加,对热镀锌产生不利影响.最佳镁含量在3%左右.
