采用交流阻抗法(EIS)评价了玻璃鳞片乙烯基酯树脂涂料的防腐蚀性能,并对其耐腐蚀机理进行了研究.结果表明,添加玻璃鳞片的涂层比未添加玻璃鳞片涂层具有更好的抗渗透性和耐蚀性.当玻璃鳞片与酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂的质量比为30/100~35/100时,涂层具有较佳的耐蚀性能,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡120 d后,涂层极化阻抗仍然在109 Ω·cm2以上,比乙烯基酯纯树脂涂层极化阻抗高2个数量级,涂层电容稳定在8.40×10-11 F/cm2左右,吸水率保持在4.2%.
