采用爆炸喷涂在Ti22Al26Nb基体上制备了富Al的NiAl合金涂层.XRD分析表明,退火后涂层为富含Al的β-NiAl相以及少量的Al3Ti和Al3Nb.在空气中800℃下的循环氧化实验表明,这种富含Al的NiAl涂层抗氧化性能很好.循环氧化过程中没发现涂层剥落,氧化动力学曲线为抛物线型.解释了抗氧化性能提高的原因.
