通过扫描电镜、X射线物相分析等方法,研究了 Zr、Cu 元素及均匀化工艺对高导耐热铝合金电工圆杆组织及性能的影响.结果表明,通过“添加Zr (0.10%)Cu(0.08%)+300℃×16 h 均匀化+83%轧制”处理后,试样综合性能较优,试样导电率为59.5%IACS,抗拉强度达到149 MPa,230℃保温1 h,强度残存率为94.3%.
The effects of Zr,Cu and homogenization treatment on microstructures and properties of thermal-re-sistant aluminum alloy electrical rod with high conductivity were investigated by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction analysis and other methods.The results show that:The specimen has good comprehensive properties after treatment of"adding Zr(0.10%)Cu(0.08%)+ 300 ℃×16 h homogenization treatment +83%rolling",the conductivity of specimen is 59.5%IACS,tensile strength reachs 149 MPa and the tensile strength remnant ratio is 94.3% after 230 ℃×1 h heat preservation.
