采用自制的手工电弧焊焊条焊接X80管线钢,利用能谱仪和光学显微镜对X80钢焊缝进行化学成分分析和金相观察;进行硬度、拉伸和冲击实验分析焊接接头的力学性能;在含硫环境下,开展电化学实验和浸泡实验研究焊缝中Al含量对X80钢焊缝抗硫化物腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,当药皮中Al含量在8%范围内时,随Al含量的增加,焊缝含Al量升高,焊接接头硬度和抗拉强度增大,焊缝冲击韧性和抗硫化物腐蚀性能先升高后降低,腐蚀产物膜形态存在明显的变化.

In this study,an independent development electrode was developed to weld X80 pipeline steel.Moreo-ver,the chemical composition and microstructure of welded seam was analyzed by Energy Dispersive Spectrom-eter (EDS)and Optical Microscope (OM).Hardness test,tensile test and impact test were also chosen to check the mechanical properties of welded j oints.Electrochemical experiment test and immersion test were investiga-ted to research the effect of the content of Al on resistance sulfur corrosion of the X80 pipeline steel welded seam,within the sulfur-bearing environment.The results show that,as addition of the content of Al in coating less than 8%,the content of Al in welded seam is improved and the hardness and the tensile strength are also increased,but the impact toughness and the resistance sulfur corrosion are enhanced first and then reduced,be-sides,the corrosion product film morphology changes obviously.
