以 Ce (NO3)3·6 H2 O 为起始原料、Na5P3O10和 Na3PO4·12H2O 分别为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了 CeO2纳米八面体和纳米棒,并且对Na5P3O10和Na3PO4·12H2O 不同体系中 pH 值的影响作了分析研究。通过 XRD、FESEM、TEM 等方法对CeO2纳米棒和纳米八面体样品分析结果表明,在Na5P3O10和 Na3PO4·12H2O 系统中,初始时 CeO2八面体与纳米棒共存,但随着水热时间的延长,在Na5 P3 O10体系中以 CeO2八面体成为主要产物,而在Na3PO4·12H2O 体系中以CeO2纳米棒为主要产物;在pH 值约为2的条件下,两系统中均只有纳米棒生成。研究得出,Na5 P3 O10水解产生的 HPO2-4是 CeO2纳米八面体形成的主要原因,而 Na3PO4·12H2O 水解产生的 H2 PO-4是纳米棒形成的主要原因。

CeO2 nanorods and nanooctahedrons were prepared throuth hydrothermal method at the tempurtaure of 180 ℃ using Ce(NO3)3 ·6H2O as start material and Na3PO4 ·12H2O and sodium tripoplyphosphate (Na5 P3 O10 )as the morphological controlling agents respectively.Based on the analysis of XRD,FESEM and TEM,it was found that the formation and growth of the nanooctahedron due to HPO2-4 anions in the hydrolysis of the Na5P3O10,whereas the nanorods due to H2PO-4 anions in the hydrolysis of Na3PO4·12H2O.Further-more,only the nanorods were generated in both solutions of pH around of 2.
