首先在 st?ber 方法的基础上制备出了尺寸均一的单分散的 Si O 2微球。在乙腈溶剂中,采用NN’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAAm)和丙烯酰胺(AM)作为聚合物单体,通过自组装技术成功制备出了较规则球形且粒径分布集中的 SiO2-PMBAAm-PAM核壳结构聚合物复合微球,并对其制备条件进行了系统优化。将优化制备出的复合微球进行了水化膨胀性能测试。测试结果表明,随着矿化度增大,复合微球的膨胀倍率减小;随着pH 值增大,复合微球的膨胀倍率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在中性环境中膨胀性能最好。
Monodisperse silica-PMBAAm-PAM core-shell composite materials with silica as core and PMBAAm-PAM as shell were prepared by self-assembly method,in which the silica core with diameter of 310 nm was syn-thesized in the first stage according to st?ber method.The PMBAAm-PAM shell was then encapsulated over the silica core by distillation-precipitation polymerizationof MBAAm and AM in neat acetonitrile with AIBN as initi-ator.The optimal shell thickness of the core-shell composite particle was controlled via altering the mass ratio of MBAA monomer to AM monomer and the mass of MBAAM and AM during the polymerization.At last,the optimal shell thickness of the core-shell composite particle was studied by Hydration expansion properties.
