以具有不同烷基链的2-溴烷基芴和不同末端基团的取代苯乙烯为原料,利用Heck反应合成了五个新型的芴类衍生物(M1~M5)。通过IR、1HNMR和元素分析对目标分子的结构进行了表征,并对它们的紫外吸收,单、双光子荧光光谱进行了测试和分析。结果表明,末端基团的给电子能力越强,紫外和荧光光谱的红移程度越大,而且双光子吸收截面也越大;通过改变芴环9位的柔性链长度可以对化合物的溶解性进行调节,但对化合物的光学性能不会产生影响。
In this paper,five new fluorene derivatives were synthesized by Heck reaction (M1-M5)by using 2-bromide fluorene with different alkyl side chain and substituted styrene with different end groups as raw materi-als.The molecular structures were characterized by IR,1 H NMR and elemental analysis,and their UV absorp-tion spectra,single photon fluorescence spectra and two-photon fluorescence spectra were tested and analyzed. The results show that as the electron-donating ability of end group is increasing,the UV and fluorescence spec-tra of M1-M5 red-shift to the longer wavelength and the two-photon absorption cross section is also increasing. The solubility of these five compounds can be adj usted efficiently by changing flexible chain length of the flu-orene ring without the effect on the absorption spectra and luminescence performance.
