设计合成了两种以水杨醛苯甲酰肼腙为主体的三嗪类活性染料分子,采用红外、核磁共振等技术对分子结构进行表征.采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱对其光学性能和 Zn2+检测性能进行了研究,分析了分子结构对 Zn2+荧光探针性能的影响与规律,从实验与理论计算分别研究 Zn2+荧光探针的机理.发现三嗪类活性染料荧光探针的荧光强度与 Zn2+浓度成良好的线性关系,线性范围1~10,0.1~5μmol/L,实际检测限为3,1μmol/L.

Two types of triazine reactive dyes based on salicyladehyde-4-amino-Benzoylhydrazone were designed and synthesized.Their structures and properties of fluorescent probe for detecting Zn2 + were characterized and evaluated by IR,1 HNMR spectra,UV-Visible absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra,respectively.The influence of molecular structure on fluorescent probe properties of reactive dyes was investigated.The mecha-nism of the fluorescent probe for Zn2 + was studied by experiments and theoretical simulation,respectively.A good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of triazine reactive dyes and the concentrations of Zn2 + was exhibited.The linear range for probe P1 and P2 were found to be 1-10 μmol/L and 0.1-5 μmol/L,the detection limit was found to be 3 μmol/L and 1 μmol/L,respectively.
