为了提高 WC-Ni 硬质合金的力学性能,对其粘结相成分优化做了研究。保持粘结相总量不变,通过添加少量的Fe 粉来代替等质量的 Ni 粉,研究烧结体微观结构和力学性能随 Fe 粉添加量增加而变化的情况。研究发现,WC-Ni 基硬质合金中加入少量的Fe粉即可起到明显的晶粒抑制作用;随着 Fe 添加量的增加,烧结体的强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而硬度则呈现一直上升的趋势;WC-7%Ni-1%Fe硬质合金的力学性能可达到 Cr或Mo 掺杂的 WC-Ni 硬质合金的水平。
Optimization of binder’s composition for WC-Ni cemented carbide was studied to improve its mechan-ics properties.With constant content of binder,some Ni powder was replaced by equal quantitative Fe powder. The microstructure and mechanics properties of cemented carbide with different binder were studied.The re-sults indicated that the growth of WC grain was inhibitted by a small addition of Fe powder.The bending strength of sintered body increased firstly and then descended,and the hardness descended with the increment of Fe powder.Mechanics properties of WC-7%Ni-1%Fe were as good as WC-Ni cemented carbide doped with Cr or Mo.
