采用原位聚合法合成了盐酸与对甲基苯磺酸(TSA)共掺杂的聚苯胺,研究了不同比例复合酸掺杂对聚苯胺的微观形貌和对水中重金属 Cr (Ⅵ)吸附性能的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)对掺杂态聚苯胺进行了研究与表征,考查了影响吸附容量的主要因素(pH 值、吸附时间、温度、溶液浓度)。研究结果表明,室温下对甲苯磺酸和盐酸的摩尔比为9∶1时,掺杂态的聚苯胺形成了较疏松、规则的纳米棒状结构,其对 Cr (Ⅵ)的吸附过程符合 Lang-muir等温吸附模型和二级动力学模型,在50℃、溶液pH 值为2时,最大吸附容量为413.22 mg/g。

The polyaniline co-doped with hydrochloric acid (HCl)and p-toluenesulfonic acid (TSA)was pre-pared by in-situ polymerization method.The properties of the synthesized polyaniline were studied and charac-terized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR).The effects of various experimental conditions such as pH,time,temperature and initial metal ion concentration were studied.The results show that,at the room temperature,the mol concentration ratio of TSA to HCl was 9∶1 ,the morphol-ogy of the synthesized doped polyaniline was loose nanorods.Isotherm data fits well to the Langmuir model and second-order kinetic model.The maximum adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅵ)was 413.22 mg/g at pH 2 and 50 ℃.
