为改善不锈钢的表面综合性能,采用超声波辅助化学沉积技术在304不锈钢基体表面成功制备Ni-P-Al2 O3复合镀层,利用电子分析天平、显微硬度计以及X射线衍射仪对Ni-P-Al2 O3镀层的镀速、显微硬度及组分进行研究.结果表明,当 Al2 O3悬浮量为2 g/L时,镀层的镀速和显微硬度分别为8.7μm/h 和760 Hv.镀液温度保持在85℃时,Ni-P-Al2 O3镀层的镀速和显微硬度分别为8.4μm/h 和747 Hv.在Ni-P-Al2 O3镀层中存在Ni、Ni3 P和Al2 O3三相.

In order to improve the comprehensive properties of stainless steel,Ni-P-Al2 O3 coatings were success-fully prepared by ultrasonic electroless deposition on the surface of 304 stainless steel.The plating rate,micro-hardness and composition of Ni-P-Al2 O3 composite coatings were investigated by using electronic analytical bal-ance,microhardness tester and X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that when the Al2 O3 concentration was 2 g/L,the plating rate and microhardness of Ni-P-Al2 O3 coatings were 8.7 μm/h and 760 Hv,respectively. While bath temperature maintained at 85 ℃,the plating rate and microhardness of the coatings were 8.4μm/h and 747 Hv,respectively.There were Ni,Ni3 P and Al2 O3 in Ni-P-Al2 O3 coatings.
