采用SRV-IV摩擦磨损实验机(球盘接触方式)考察了凹凸棒石热活化产物作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能;研究了热活化温度对凹凸棒石减摩抗磨性的影响;采用SEM、EDS和XPS分别分析了磨损表面的微观形貌、元素组成及元素化学状态.结果表明,热活化后,凹凸棒石的成分和形貌基本不变;热活化后的凹凸棒石粉体具有更好的减摩抗磨性;热活化的最佳温度为500℃.在添加500℃热活化凹凸棒石的油样润滑下,磨损表面生成 FeOx (FeO、Fe2 O3和FeOOH)和 SiOx 复合陶瓷修复层,从而进一步提高钢-钢摩擦副的摩擦学性能.
A SRV-IV friction and wear tester (ball-on-disc contact mode)was used to investigate the tribological properties of attapulgite treated by thermal activation as lubricant additive.The effect of thermal temperature on the antifriction and antiwear properties of attapulgite was investigated.The morphology,elemental composition and elementary chemical forms of worn surfaces were analyzed by using SEM,EDS and XPS.The results show that the component and morphology of attapulgite treated thermal activation were unchanged basically.The at-tapulgite powders after thermal activation possess better antifriction and antiwear properties than natural at-tapulgite.The best thermal temperature was 500 ℃.Under the lubrication of oil adding attapulgite treated by 500 ℃.Composite ceramic repairing layer of FeOx (FeO,Fe2 O3 and FeOOH)and SiOx was formed on worn surface.Consequently make further improvement of the tribological property of the steel-steel frictional pair.
