用共沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO/高岭土复合材料,用XRD、SEM、EDX 等对其表征,并研究其对甲基橙的光催化降解.结果表明,该复合材料的最佳煅烧温度为500℃.其中的ZnO 为纤锌矿型结构,晶粒尺寸为31~58 nm.其对甲基橙的光催化降解符合一级动力学,且可多次重复利用.

In this paper,ZnO/kaolin composites characterized by XRD,SEM,EDX were prepared with co-pre-cipitation method.The photocatalytic degradation processes of methyl orange were studied.The results indicate that the structure of nano-ZnO was wurtzite-typed and the size of the grain was about 31-58 nm.The best tem-perature to calcinie the composite was 500 ℃.The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange on the compos-ites fits in with the first-order kinetic order.They can be recycled too.
