考察了纳米CuO 直接沉淀法制备工艺对其脱硫活性和晶粒尺寸的影响,并利用 XRD和 TEM对脱硫剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的纳米CuO 为单斜晶系结构。原料浓度过低、沉淀剂用量小均不利于生成小尺度的纳米 CuO。但加热条件下,前驱体有分解形成 CuO 趋势,晶粒尺寸略有增大;当n (OH-)∶n(Cu2+)=2.5∶1,原料浓度0.4mol/L,搅拌温度为25℃,300℃焙烧时获得的纳米 CuO 脱硫活性最好,其穿透时间可达640min,此时纳米 CuO 晶粒尺寸为11.8nm,颗粒的分散性较好;纳米CuO 的脱硫活性受其晶粒大小的影响,但只有晶粒尺寸相差较大时,两者之间才呈现出明显的相关性。
It was inspected the influence of the direct precipitation preparation method on the desulfurization per-formance and grain size,and characterized the structure of desulfurizer using XRD and TEM.The results indi-cate that the nano CuO was for monoclinic system.Low raw material concentration and small precipitation dos-age are detrimental to the formation of the small scale of nano CuO.But the precursor have broken down tren-ding to form copper oxide and grain size slightly increased under heating conditions;the nano CuO prepared un-der optimum conditions(the molar ratio of n(OH-)∶n(Cu2+)=2.5∶1,raw material concentration was 0. 4mol/L,stirring temperature was 25℃,calcination temperature was 300℃)exhibits the best desulfurization performance with a H2S breakthrough time of 640min,the grain size of nano CuO was 11.8nm with a better particle dispersion;the grain size of nano CuO effects its desulfurization performance,but only when the grain size was large different,it will present a clear correlation between the grain size and desulfurization perform-ance.
