设计并合成了重均分子量>6.5×105 g/mol的线性聚单苯基硅氧烷(HP-1),用傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、固体核磁(29Si SS-NMR)、液体核磁(1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征HP-1分子结构,并用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和旋转流变(RS)测试HP-1的低温热性能和高温流变性能.研究结果表明,HP-1的苯基、乙烯基的摩尔分数分别为9.98%、0.997%,重均分子量为8.23×105g/mol,与设计值相吻合;HP-1的玻璃化转变温度Tg=-119.85℃,为非结晶性聚合物;在T≤250℃时,其结构稳定,保持高弹态,并且在T≤250℃、ω<7.7rad/s时,具有良好的阻尼特性.
