采用600℃低温氧化处理对Ti6Al4V合金进行了表面改性,利用OM、AFM、XRD、显微硬度仪和磨损试验机等表征与考察氧化表面基本特性及磨损性能.结果表明:低温氧化处理使Ti6Al4v表面形成了金红石型TiO2氧化层,表面颜色、形貌、粗糙度和组织发生了变化,并有效地提高了表面硬度.在Ti6Al4V/Cr12MoV摩擦体系中,低温氧化处理的钛合金磨损量仅为未处理的1.52%,但氧化100h时,磨损量略有增加;在Ti6Al4V/UHMWPE摩擦体系中,低温氧化处理不仅提高了Ti6Al4V自身的磨损性能,而且也间接地改善了UHMWPE的磨损性能.
