通过车削试验、浸泡试验和极化曲线,以及高温热模拟试验研究了铜对4Cr16Mo不锈模具钢切削性能、耐腐蚀性能以及锻造性能的影响.研究表明铜元素显著提高了4Cr16Mo钢的切削性能,同时其耐腐蚀性能也有所提高,但会降低钢的锻造性能.通过热模拟试验确定了含铜4Cr16Mo不锈钢的合理锻造参数.
