采用失重法评价了静置或旋转条件下,不同蒸汽氧化处理及氧化+离子硫氮共渗复合处理的H13钢试样在750℃的ADC12铝液中的熔损性能.采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了试样表面处理后生成的薄膜;分别用光学显微镜、能谱仪分析了熔损试样铁-铝界面组织和局部成分.蒸汽氧化试样显示了良好的熔损抗力,尤其是在动态旋转的情况下,这与表面薄膜的组成、性能、熔损机制等多种因素有关.
