按照原子比Al63 Cu25 Fe12配料,在真空感应炉中熔炼制备AlCuFe准晶材料样品.该样品中含有准晶相和它的类似晶体相(λ相和β相)经800℃热处理,X射线衍射分析表明准晶相的含量显著增加.还研究了AlCuFe准晶材料的落管凝固,根据SEM/EDAX分析,AlCuFe准晶材料的微结构依赖于凝固方式和冷却速度,但其相组成基本不变.
