对上海地铁一号线使用的进口车辆上的齿轮箱悬挂装置损坏后采用国产材料、工艺制作连接套，堆焊工艺修复连接轴的修复工程进行了详述和讨论，并提出和分析了某些影响悬挂装置使用寿命的设计和加工因素，为今后进一步的国产化提供了经验。
The repair engineering for the damaged suspended mechanism of gearbox in the imported subway train in Shanghai No.1 METRO line was introduced，including the connect sleeve manufactured by domestic materials and techniques，and the repairing of coupling by build-up welding process．The influence of design and machining on the service life of the suspended mechanism was discussed，which could give a reference to further home-productization of the imported subway train．
