镍基单晶高温合金作为先进发动机叶片的主要用材,其再结晶问题日益受到重视.本文综述了热处理温度、热处理时间、变形程度及合金成分等多种因素对镍基单晶高温合金再结晶的影响规律,分析了镍基单晶高温合金再结晶对其蠕变和疲劳性能的影响,并讨论了回复处理及浸蚀直接去除表面变形层、渗碳和表面涂层等控制再结晶的方法.最后,指出了镍基单晶高温合金在再结晶研究中存在的问题和今后的发展方向.
