对La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ(LSCM)基厚膜阻抗谱型传感器在不同条件下的NO2气敏性能进行了研究.结果表明:传感器电阻在高频和中频端(约50kHz)几乎保持不变,在低频端(约1Hz)与NO2浓度成反比;膜层厚度、工作温度及氧气浓度对传感器的气敏性能具有较大影响,说明传感器电阻值的大小同时受到材料对NO2的吸附脱附特性和三相界面处的电化学反应的影响.
