以铝和钇的水合物为反应前驱体,用乙二胺永溶液作为溶剂,在温和条件下合成了钇铝石榴石微粉.研究结果表明,其反应机理是随着温度升高,钇和铝的水合物逐渐溶解,200℃时发生脱水反应,并开始形成Al-O,Y-O键和四面体;220℃时开始形成Al-O八面体、Y-O多面体及Y-O-Al键,并梅成YAG兰维骨架成核;至280℃,YAG晶核不断长大,最终形成稳定的YAG晶相.
