以纳米白榴石为弥散颗粒,对低温牙科烤瓷材料进行了增强、增韧.运用XRD,SEM对白榴石在烤瓷材料中的相组成和显微结构进行分析,并探讨了白榴石添加量对材料强度、硬度和断裂韧性的影响.结果表明:牙科烤瓷材料的抗弯强度、显微硬度和断裂韧性都随纳米白榴石添加量的增加而增大;添加20%(质量分数)白榴石粉体的牙科烤瓷材料具有良好的力学性能,并且能够和Ni-Cr合金基体达到良好的膨胀系数匹配.
