以CuCl_2·2H_2O为铜源,InCl_3为铟源,硫脲(Tu)为硫源,分别以N, N 二甲基甲酰胺(N, N-dimethylformamide,DMF)、乙二醇、乙醇、聚乙二醇-300为溶剂在200℃下反应12h合成花状CuInS_2微晶.用X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜对粉体的结构、形貌、相组分进行表征.研究表明:以DMF、乙二醇、乙醇、聚乙二醇-300为溶剂均能得到由厚度为100~200nm的纳米片组成的花状CuInS_2微晶.并对其形成机理进行探讨.
Copper indium sulphide products were synthesized via a mild solvothermal approach (at 200℃ for 12h )involving CuCl_2·2H_2O as the copper source, InCl_3 as the indium source, thiourea as the sulfur source, N, N-dimethylformamide, ethylene glycol, ethanol and polyethylene glycol-300 as the reaction medium respectively.Morphology, structure, and phase constituents of the as-prepared CuInS_2 products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).The results showed that the CuInS_2 products synthesized in dimethylformamide (DMF), ethylene glycol, ethanol and polyethylene glycol-300 respectively had flower-like morphology composed of large numbers of nanoplates and the thickness of CuInS_2 nanoplates was found to vary from 100-200nm.A possible formation mechanism was put forward and discussed based on the experimental results.
