采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了四硼酸钾在水介质中的极压抗磨性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱 (EDX)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了磨斑表面形貌、元素分布特征和化学状态.结果表明,四硼酸钾对提高水的极压性能效果十分突出,对改善抗磨性能效果一般.极压条件下四硼酸钾水溶液的磨斑表面擦伤小,硼含量高,并在摩擦表面形成了具有良好极压抗磨作用的以B2O3,Fe3O4和Fe2O3等为主要成分的摩擦氧化物膜.
