利用双光子聚合加工技术在低折射率材料中制备了具有宽带隙的光子晶体结构,通过递推方式获得晶格常数的最佳变化条件.通过透射及反射谱测量及时域有限差分方法证实了周期渐变的准金刚石结构的带隙展宽现象,该结果表明三维光子晶体带隙展宽可由不同晶格常数的结构叠加形成.
