通过Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行高温拉伸实验,变形温度范围1123~1273K,初始应变速率范围0.01~5s-1,并采用双曲正弦模型,研究了45钢在高温拉伸条件下的峰值应力、变形储能与Zener-Hollomon参数的关系函数.结果表明:峰值应力与Z参数之间能较好地满足双曲正弦关系,其激活能为336.0kJ/mol;同时,变形储能与Z参数满足ΔGD=0.1269(lnZ)2-6.8262(lnZ)+ 93.873函数关系,且随着应变速率的增加和变形温度的下降而上升,其值在2~20J/mol之间波动.
