以聚丙烯酸酯乳液为粘合剂,采用水基流延成型制备镍电极多层陶瓷电容器(Ni-MLCC).研究了水性粘合剂适合X7R瓷粉流延成型的粘度特性和热稳定性,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了所得膜片和电容器的微观结构,并对所制备电容器的电性能进行了测试.结果表明:水性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂具有剪切稀薄的粘度特性,热分解温度低,能够满足流延成型的需求.水基流延成型制备膜片表面光滑,无缺陷,瓷粉在粘合剂中分散均匀.所制备Ni-MLCC的电极连续性好.
