以氢氟酸(HF)为催化剂,采用常压干燥法制备了二氧化硅干凝胶,分析了催化剂和干燥条件对干凝胶的影响.通过DTA-TG,IR,BET等测试手段对经热处理的二氧化硅干凝胶的性能进行了研究.结果表明:试样具有纳米多孔结构,并且通过改变干燥方法对比表面积和孔隙率的可提高程度很大.
