采用原位复合方法制备出聚苯胺/钛酸钡纳米复合粒子,借助IR,TEM,TG和DTA等分析手段研究其复合过程及获得的复合粒子的性能.结果表明:其聚苯胺形成过程与单独的苯胺氧化聚合过程类似;复合粒子的粒径为2~3μm,钛酸钡以5~10nm晶粒分散于聚苯胺基之中,钛酸钡与聚苯胺的质量比为0.91,聚苯胺的热稳定性提高60℃以上;复合粒子的电导率在100~10-11S/cm之间可通过掺杂或反掺杂调节.
