利用腐蚀实验、X-射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜分析研究了430、316、304不锈钢试样在高温密封的单质硫及硫化钠环境中的腐蚀规律,并在316不锈钢表面电镀Mn、Ni镀层探究其防护效果.结果表明,在高温密封的单质硫、硫化钠环境中不锈钢材料腐蚀速率的规律为:v(430不锈钢)>v(304不锈钢)>v(316不锈钢),且在硫化钠环境中的腐蚀更严重.镀镍对不锈钢的耐蚀性能没有提高,镀锰可以提高316不锈钢的耐高温硫腐蚀性能,腐蚀速率降为0.0166mm/a.
