采用溶胶-凝胶方法制备钛杂化硅溶胶和未杂化硅溶胶,并在铝合金表面制备防腐涂层.对涂层耐盐雾性能、交流阻抗值和力学性能进行测试.结果发现,钛杂化硅溶胶涂层比未杂化硅溶胶涂层有更好耐盐雾性能,其交流阻抗值也比未杂化硅溶胶涂层高一个数量级;钛杂化硅溶胶涂层硬度、耐磨性高于未杂化硅溶胶涂层,但其抗冲击强度低于未杂化硅溶胶涂层.
