以无间隙原子钢作为研究对象,采用电化学实验、交变湿热试验以及恒温恒湿试验等方法,研究了电化学钝化处理对无间隙原子钢耐蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着电化学钝化的时间、温度、电流密度的提高,无间隙原子钢的耐蚀性得到提高.电化学钝化后进行磷化处理结果表明,电化学钝化处理对试样的磷化处理没有影响.
