在熔炼镁合金过程中加入Al2O3纳米粉体的复合材料进行微弧氧化处理;在微弧氧化电解液中加入Al2O3粉体并对镁合金基体进行微弧氧化.采用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射和电化学测试分析Al2O3粉体对镁合金微弧氧化膜层耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,两种方式加入Al2O3粉体都会提高镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的耐蚀性,而熔炼过程中加入效果更佳.
