综述了国内外稀土元素在改善化学镀Ni-P工艺和提高镀层性能方面的研究进展.介绍了稀土元素在化学镀Ni-P中的应用,阐述了稀土元素对化学镀Ni-P共沉积、镀液稳定性、沉积速率以及镀层耐蚀、耐磨性能的影响.分析讨论了稀土元素以其特殊的电子层结构、较低的电负性以及高的化学活性,在化学镀Ni-P中改善镀层工艺和性能的作用机理.指出了稀土在化学镀中应用的发展趋势.
