以工业纯铝L2为实验试样,通过表面预处理→交流电阳极氧化工艺在其表面制备阳极氧化膜,考察了氧化时间、氧化电压对氧化膜厚度和硬度的影响,并对阳极氧化试样的横截面进行SEM和EDS测试分析.研究表明:电解液成分H_2SO_4质量浓度为200 g/L、Al_2O_3质量浓度为1 g/L,交流氧化电压为12 V,温度为(20±1) ℃的条件下,可以获得均匀、与基体结合紧密、硬度相对较高的氧化膜;随着氧化时间的增加,膜的厚度增加,但硬度相对降低.
As sample, industrial pure aluminum L2 after surface preparation and anodic oxide coating with A.C. was studied. The effect on thickness and hardness of anodic oxide coating by oxidation time and voltage was discussed. Besides, the result of SEM and EDS testing and analysis of the cross section of the sample coated oxide film all show that 200 g/L H_2SO_4,1 g/L Al_2O_3, A.C. 12 V, (20±1) ℃ is the optimal condition of anodic oxide coating preparation of aluminum alloy with A.C.. And in this condition, uniform, harder and tighter with the basal body of the sample can be gained. Moreover, more time, thicker film, but less hardness.
