为研究涂层的耐磨损性能与高温抗氧化性能,制备一种低成本的NiCoCrAlYW粉末,与已经产业化的CoCrAlYTa粉末进行比较.对2种粉末进行了XRD、SEM、EDS分析,自制粉末颗粒呈块状,颗粒度为180~320目.用等离子喷涂工艺制备涂层,自制NiCoCrAlYW粉末的沉积效果比商品粉末好.对2种涂层进行了组织形貌分析、XRD物相检测及能谱分析.在高温抗氧化、DTA/TG热重差热分析实验中,2种涂层表现出良好的抗氧化性.在磨损实验中,自制粉末喷涂涂层的磨损率与商品粉末制备的涂层比较接近.在硬度检测中,CoCrAlYTa涂层显微硬度为800HV 左右,NiCoCrAlYW涂层的显微硬度低于前者,但是不影响其耐磨损性能.
