在化学镀液中加入添加物,可以改变离子膜电极表面形貌.试验研究了加入F-和Fe2+两种添加物后,βPbO2镀层形貌特征的变化.试验结果证明,F-能减缓沉积过程中Pb2+的释放速率,使得βPbO2镀层颗粒细小、均匀、致密;加入Fe2+镀层比加入F-效果更好,因为超声波搅拌,Pb和Fe的分布都比较均匀,是理想的镀层沉积形式.
