采用机械球磨工艺,将块体的氧化硼在氮气气氛下先球磨100h,然后在1200℃、流动的氨气下热处理6h,成功的合成出竹节形貌的BN纳米管,且在纳米管的表面缠绕着大量的BN细丝.在扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)下观察到纳米管长度为3~5μm,直径为80~120nm,细丝的直径近2~4nm,长度为200nm左右.选区电子衍射(SAED),高分辨透射电镜,能量损失谱分析表明,合成的纳米管及缠绕的细丝均为六方相BN晶体.
