CNx薄膜具有优异的机械与摩擦学性能,很适合作为理想的耐磨保护涂层以及固体润滑剂,具有十分广阔的应用前景.概述了不同学者制备的CNx薄膜的摩擦学性能,采用综合对比分析方法,在比较摩擦试验结果的同时,注意分析薄膜的磨损情况,并结合对薄膜与摩擦副以及磨屑的成分、显微结构、键合以及摩擦过程中相变等情况的分析与比较,形成对CNx薄膜摩擦过程的基本分析,对成分、结构、环境因素、摩擦试验参数等对CNx薄膜摩擦学行为的影响及相关机理进行了总结和讨论.研究表明CNx薄膜的摩擦学性能与其自身的成分、结构(键合类型)、环境因素以及试验参数等密切相关,在对CNx薄膜进行摩擦学性能评价分析时,需要注意这些因素的影响.
