为正确评价长水口的抗热震性能,采用有限单元法对遭受热冲击试样的热应力进行了分析。首先研究材料物性参数和温差对普通及复合长水口热应力的影响,然后建立其热震断裂数学模型,最后对结果进行分析和验证。结果表明:有限单元法是评价长水口抗热震断裂性能的一种有效理论方法,它可以综合考虑其材质、结构和使用条件;普通长水口和复合长水口材质的抗热震性能可分别用第一和第二热应力断裂抵抗因子评价。
Specimens suffered from thermal attack were analyzed by the finite element method to appraise the thermal shock resistance of long nozzle accurately.First,the effects of physical properties of the materi-al and temperature difference on common and complex long nozzles were studied.Then a thermal fracture mathematic modal was established.At last,the results were analyzed and validated.The results show that the finite element method is an effective theoretical method to appraise the thermal shock resistance of long nozzles;it considers the material,structure,and service condition comprehensively;the thermal shock re-sistance of common and complex long nozzles can be appraised by the first and second thermal stress fracture resistance factors,respectively.
