以受热后产生分解和质量损失的铝酸盐水泥、白色硅酸盐水泥熟料和高岭土为起始物料,采用注浆成型,分别经800、900、1 000、1 100、1 200、1 250和1 300℃热处理3h制备了微孔钙长石,研究了热处理温度对试样物相组成、常规物理性能和显微结构的影响,并采用TG-DSC考察了起始物料受热过程中的热行为.结果表明:经900℃煅烧后即开始有钙长石生成,煅烧温度提高,钙长石生成量增加,至1 250℃已接近完成.1000℃后,试样的体积密度、显气孔率和线变化率变化较小,耐压强度随温度的升高而增大.合成微孔钙长石轻质料的最佳煅烧温度推荐为1 250℃,由此合成料的显气孔率可达60%,体积密度1.13 g· cm-3,耐压强度15 MPa,片状晶体结构尺寸小于2μm,厚度为0.2~0.4μm,片状晶体交错式生长,封闭性气孔尺寸多小于4μm.
