实现定量描述耐火材料非线性力学行为对于评价其损伤演化机制至关重要,因此在单轴拉伸试验的基础上,对材料细观损伤机制进行分析,并结合广义自洽模型,通过构建损伤相弹性模量关于外载荷的损失函数来表征细观损伤演化过程,建立了材料受载状态下的微损伤模型,实现了材料非线性力学行为的定量描述。同时以镁碳质耐火材料为研究对象,对材料在单轴拉伸载荷下的损伤演化过程进行了模拟。结果表明,运用此方法对耐火材料的受拉损伤过程进行表征,其结果与试验结果可以较好地吻合。
It is important to realize the quantitative description of the nonlinear mechanical behaviors of re-fractories for evaluating the damage evolution mechanism.Based on the uniaxial tension experiment,the microscopic damage mechanism of the material was analyzed.Combined with the generalized self-consist-ent model,a damage function about the external load based on the elastic modulus of the damage phase was constructed to characterize the microscopic damage evolution.A microscopic damage model under the uniaxial tension load was established,the nonlinear mechanical behaviors were quantitatively de-scribed.Meanwhile,the damage evolution process of the MgO-C refractories under uniaxial tension was simulated.The results show that the characterized result is in good agreement with the experimental result.
