采用固相反应热烧结法制备不同氟含量的含氟羟基磷灰石(FHA)生物陶瓷.探讨氟对生物陶瓷微结构和致密化行为的影响.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析生物陶瓷相结构;利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析陶瓷的断面形貌及气孔率.结果表明:采用固相反应热烧结法成功制备了含氟羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷;随着氟含量的增加,5种不同成分陶瓷的致密度呈现先下降后上升的趋势,氟的引入使得生物陶瓷的真密度增加,结构稳定性提高.
