通过微波辐射方法,以粗孔硅胶为硅源,偏铝酸钠为铝源,四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,合成了纳米级β-沸石.研究凝胶组成和辐射条件对合成β-沸石的影响.表征了不同硅铝比Hβ-沸石的酸性和结构特征.结果表明:初始n(Al2O3):n(SiO2)对β-沸石晶化的影响较水的影响大,微波法合成β-沸石相对结晶度高于90%,而模板剂用量比传统水热法低10%以上.最佳合成条件是pH为10,辐射温度140℃,辐射时间60min.
