以铝粉、氮化硅粉、炭黑为原料,采用原位化学合成法,1600~1900℃、1h、氮气氛中合成了AlN-SiC固溶体.通过XRD、SEM等方法,研究了温度对合成粉末的晶相组成及晶粒形貌的影响.结果表明:1900℃、1h合成了单相AlN-SiC固溶体.结合AlN-SiC相图分析,解释了AlN-SiC固溶体的形成机理.
