通过对不同KH值及硫、碱含量窑灰生料的易烧性比较、TG-DTA分析、高温显微分析和窑灰熟料的XRD分析,研究了不同硫、碱含量窑灰的烧成性能。结果表明,窑灰的烧成性能与其KH、硫、碱含量有直接关系。对于高硫、碱窑灰可在1350℃低温下烧制土壤固化水泥。
In the paper,the burning performances of kiln dusts containingdifferent sulfur and alkali were stu-died by burnability comparison,TG-DTA analysis,high temperature micro-analysis on kiln dust raw mix with diffe-rent KH and various contents of sulfur and alkali,and XRD analysis on kiln dust clinker.The results indicate that the burning performance of kiln dust is relevant to KH,the contents of sulfur and alkali.The kiln dust with high sulfur and alkali can be burned into stabilized soil cement in 1350℃.
